ProjChecks provides independent advisory, assessment, owner-representation, project-recovery, and technology-consulting support within the scope of a written engagement. ProjChecks does not assume the role of architect, engineer of record, code consultant, attorney, accountant, insurer, construction manager, general contractor, subcontractor, manufacturer, authority having jurisdiction, or safety officer unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement and legally permitted.

2. No Operational Control

Observations, recommendations, meeting support, reports, checklists, and recovery planning do not transfer project control to ProjChecks. Clients, owners, designers, contractors, integrators, manufacturers, and other responsible parties retain their contractual duties, means and methods, supervision, safety obligations, approvals, and decision authority.

3. Information and Assumptions

Findings are based on the information, access, records, conditions, and time available. Conditions may be concealed, incomplete, changed, or outside the agreed scope. ProjChecks is not responsible for inaccurate, omitted, or late information supplied by others.

4. No Guarantee

ProjChecks does not guarantee that a project will be completed on time, within budget, free of defects, accepted by any stakeholder, compliant with every law or standard, or successful in any particular way. Recommendations are intended to improve clarity and decision-making, not eliminate project risk.

5. No Engineering, Legal, Financial, or Code Advice

Website content, digital products, and general communications do not constitute engineering, architectural, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, financial, cybersecurity, life-safety, or code-compliance advice. Obtain advice from appropriately licensed or qualified professionals for those matters.

6. Emergency and Safety Matters

Do not use the Site or ProjChecks resources as a substitute for emergency response, life-safety procedures, manufacturer instructions, applicable codes, or directions from qualified on-site personnel.
